Staff Capacity Building – IMC 2018 Project

Event Overview:

In 2018, in cooperation with international partners, Business Empowerment Company (BEC) led the implementation of a comprehensive training program under the IMC 2018 Project, aiming to enhance the capacities of Iraqi staff and equip them with modern practical and managerial skills.
The program focused on developing human capital across multiple fields by integrating the latest global training methodologies with the specific context of the Iraqi environment, ensuring tangible and sustainable impact.
